The Dickens Room is cozy and comfortable; furnished for you with antiques, including a double brass bedstead with beautiful bedding, a loveseat, and a writing desk. The windows of this room are almost full-length, providing plenty of sunshine, but they also have drapes and original shutters. The Dickens Room shares a bathroom right down the hall next to The Cozy (which is where our guests will find snacks and beverages to enjoy in their rooms or in the downstairs parlours).

The Mansion is exquisite! It’s on the top of the hill and you can sit out on the back deck and watch the sun set and see the buildings from across the river. Kathi has fine touches of decor all throughout the home.

AngelaStayed May 2020 · Historic HomeWonderful stay! The house is absolutely beautiful, the hosts very friendly, and it’s close to so many interesting places. I was able to explore St Paul and then come back and relax with a book on the back porch.
