Upon arrival found hair in the shower and all in the bathroom. Kitchen was not clean. It looked like nobody took time to clean the kitchen.

Nice central location, but the stay was disappointing. There’s a loud mechanical noise from an overhead exhaust fan that runs nonstop—confirmed by the host through messaging once I got there—literally louder than the TV—and made…

The studio apartment was modern, clean and well equipped. I would have liked a coffee maker to make my own strong coffee in the morning, but there was a machine in the lobby of the building.

Extremely clean. I am pretty picky and I could find no fault with anything. Darron was very responsive to all my questions and even allowed us in the apartment an hour early when I told him we arrived way earlier than expected.

This lovely studio apartment is even nicer than it looks in the photo. The location is terrific! It was so convenient for our visit to Hamline University, the University of Minnesota, Surley's and friends in the Twin Cities.

We spent 14 days here. Hosts were great about responding to every question from start to finish very quickly and resolved issues quickly. I agree with previous mentions about the fan being noisy.

Located in a recently developed apartment building, with both long term and a few short term rentals, there is a nice blend of friendly folks who utilize the space.
