Enjoy the cutest carriage house in the whole Twin Cities. Have your own little home nestled in the Historic District; it has everything you need. Close to unique restaurants, walking distance to downtown (1mile). Location is great just a 15 minute drive to where you need to go: US Bank Stadium; downtown Mpls; MSP airport; and MOA. Two bedrooms, a king and a queen; kitchenette and living room; a full bath with tub and hand shower. Built in 1910 it was home to the chauffeur and his wife.

Kevin's place is great. Super clean and a really nice space for visiting on a work trip. The location is amazing, so close to great food and coffee. I would give this place five stars except for the shower.

This was an excellent stay for our 2 dogs especially because of the fenced in yard and the quiet walkable streets. The kitchen is very well equipped. However we mostly ate out or carried.

This place is so adorable! It's so close to everything in St. Paul and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The carriage house is quaint and historic with modern upgrades in all the right places.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great communication, easy access, quiet, private and a great walkable neighborhood! One note is that the shower is super short so more of a bath only but it worked and all the amenities were very nice!…

A very cozy carriage house in a wonderful part of town, close to so much with beautiful walks from the front door. Was so nice to be able to have our small dog with us! A great getaway for two, but could be crowded for four…

We found this stay really comfortable. Kevin was very flexible and responsive. The space was very clean. The shower is a bit short if you are over 5’ 10”. The rest of the space more than makes up for the shower.
