*Beautiful, sunny basement apt with a queen & twin, free street parking, great laundry. *Brand new Viking sparkling HOT TUB! *Very safe, quiet, residential neighborhood! *Walk 1 block to charming Highland Village that has everything. *Both St. Paul and Mpls 15 min away. Close to airport, Xcel Center, Mall of America, and local colleges. *I have one cat that rarely goes downstairs. Light footsteps at times. Nice kitchenette! *Please DO NOT book for anyone other than yourself and companions.

Pros: Pat is incredibly kind, ready to help and open to feedback. She left little treats upon arrival and checked in frequently. There are many amenities in the space and it has everything needed for a short stay.

This is an adorable basement apartment. Newly done bathroom, great style. Coffee maker, microwave, etc. The street parking was so easy.

Patricia’s place was in a great location, a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting out in the backyard in her comfy chairs! She thought of many of the little things that made our stay easy and relaxing.

We loved our stay! We felt safe and welcomed, and Pat was so thoughtful! It was a lovely space in a walkable area :) the hot tub was a wonderful touch! We would stay again!
