Nice old house that has been somewhat renovated. Quiet neighborhood full of beautiful old houses. Very walkable to many restaurants and the like. Some random things need cleaning and/or repair, but nothing too serious.

The location was fabulous, the host was communicative, kind, and the instructions easy to follow. The listing matched the description and honestly, I don't have any complaints.
